1979~1984年,在粤、桂、滇、黔、闽、苏、皖、豫八省(区)协作下,开展了我国恶性疟原虫对氯喹的敏感性调查,调查统一用世界卫生组织标准地段试验的延长法及体外微量测定法,共计测定423例.结果发现八省(区)均有抗氯喹恶性疟存在,但抗性程度差别很大,其中广东的海南岛及云南南部有高度抗氯喹恶性疟存在;广西南部及安徽中部的恶性疟亦对氯喹有明显抗性,但抗性程度低于海南岛及云南南部;河南南部及江苏西部的恶性疟对氯喹的抗性处于初始阶段;福建崇安县发现Ⅰ级抗性1例。对上述两种测定方法的利弊进行了讨论。
From 1979 to 1984, we conducted a survey on the susceptibility of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine in our country under the collaboration of Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Fujian, Jiangsu, Anhui and Henan provinces. The survey was conducted in a unified way with WHO standard sections 423 cases were tested by extension method and in vitro micro-assay.Results showed that there were anti-chloroquine-resistant P. falciparum in eight provinces (districts), but the resistance varied widely, among them, Hainan Island in Guangdong and southern Yunnan were highly resistant to chloroquine Plasmodium falciparum also existed in southern Guangxi and central Anhui; chloroquine resistance was also found in southern Guangxi and central Anhui, but the resistance was lower than that in Hainan Island and southern Yunnan. The resistance of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine in southern Henan and western Jiangsu was in the initial stage. Fujian 1 case of grade Ⅰ resistance was found in Chong’an County. The pros and cons of the two assays described above are discussed.
