肾小球纤维素沉积为严重增生性肾小球肾炎突出特征。其机制尚不明。动物实验提示有细胞免疫介入。人类是否也如此呢?作者为此进行了研究。在62例经皮肾穿刺活检标本中选出10例一半以上肾小球有纤维素沉积的。在余下的52例标本中随机抽出19例无肾小球纤维素沉积者。另选3例因肾癌所切除肾脏的未受累肾组织和2例正常肾活检标本作为对照。将选出的34例肾组织冰冻切片由不知
Glomerular fibrin deposition is a prominent feature of severe proliferative glomerulonephritis. The mechanism is not clear. Animal experiments suggest a cellular immune intervention. Is this also true for humans? The author studied this. In 62 cases of percutaneous renal biopsy specimens were selected more than 10 cases of glomerular fibrin deposition. Nineteen patients without glomerular fibrosis were randomly selected from the remaining 52 specimens.
