国务院办公厅印发《关于促进国家级经济技术开发区转型升级创新发展的若干意见》近日,国务院办公厅印发《关于促进国家级经济技术开发区转型升级创新发展的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》)指出,为了适应新的形势和任务,国家级经济技术开发区要明确新形势下的发展定位,推进体制机制创新,促进开放型经济发展,推动产业转型升级,坚持绿色集约发展,优化营商环境。
