杨某,女,27岁,已婚,1983年11月23日就诊。复视、视力进行性下降2月余。患者妊娠6月余,后因死胎于同年9月7日引产,术后2天患感冒,相继双眼视力下降,出现复视。到某地区医院就诊,诊为“球后视神经炎;视神经萎缩”。经打针、服药1月未见好转,又服中药20多天,视力日渐下降转来我校门诊。检查:形体虚胖,面色(白光)白,精神不振,伴头昏、头痛,胸胁闷胀。视力右0.1,左0.03。左眼睑明显下垂难以睁眼,内斜视,伴有眼球震颤;右眼睑轻度下垂,开合稍受限,眼球正常。引产后胃纳不佳,每餐仅能进食少量稀粥,时有恶心欲吐,吞咽有梗阻感。舌质淡红、苔薄白,脉细缓无力。化验血红蛋白7克,余正常。证属引产后复受感冒,正气虚弱,外邪内伏。此时外邪不除则补益难以奏效。故先宜和解少阳,利其枢机,以逐邪外出,兼平熄肝风以止其挛急。方选小柴
