山西晋南地区1984年栽培地黄的面积达7万余亩,平均亩产干生地325公斤左右,高产达五百多公斤,在本地区经济作物中占重要地位。笔者通过生产实践并结合近几年对产区的田间调查,收集了一些资料,现整理如下,供参考。一、倒栽留种、纯化品系在秋未收获地黄时选择植株健壮、叶大肥厚,根茎粗、芦头短、每个根茎鲜重在0.5公斤左右、无病斑的做母栽,挖坑砂藏。在第二年3月中旬将选好的母栽切成小块,每块上要留有2个芽眼,先用0.5ppm的九二○浸种30分钟,晾干后再埋于湿沙巾,土温保持20℃左右,
