滴虫性阴道炎是妇科常见而且不易彻底治疗的一种传染病,目前用于治疗此病的各种药物虽多,但尚未见能直接裂解虫体而治愈者,如卡巴胂、灭滴灵、鸦胆子、大蒜、洗必泰栓等。我院在1980—1982年间,共治疗阴道炎984例,其中滴虫性阴道炎380例(表1),350例采用10％胆盐溶剂和新解的猪胆汁灭菌澄清液,进行体外实验和临床观察研究,其结果如下:
