2015年以来,贵州省不断深化综合行政执法体制改革。划分不同层级部门行政执法职责权限,优化执法力量配置,撤销了13个省级执法机构,启动了福泉市、仁怀市、兴义市全国综合行政执法体制改革试点,在推进执法重心下移、减少执法层级、整合执法主体、提高执法效率等方面取得积极成效。一、在执法权限、执法范围上做“加法”构建起“横到边、纵到底”的执法体系
