楼地面一次抹面是一种将楼板结构层与楼面装修层,在浇筑混凝土时一次抹压成型的施工方法。它从根本上解决了地面空鼓、起砂等质量通病,是减薄楼板厚度、减轻建筑物自重的可靠方法。它还为改变现场面貌,减少湿作业,提高经济效益开拓了新途径。京城大厦工程中近13万m~2楼地面均采用了一次抹面工艺。京城大厦楼板有三种类型:(1)以组合钢模做模板,混凝土板厚20~25cm,主要用在主楼地下室各层和低层建筑楼地面。(2)以压型钢板做永久性底模,混凝土楼板平均厚度为11cm,主要用于主楼办公层、公用层和设备层。(3)在预应力薄板上叠浇混凝土,现浇层厚6.5~9.5cm,主要用
The surface of a floor is a kind of construction method in which the floor structure layer and the floor decoration layer are cast and formed once when the concrete is poured.
