为贯彻执行国办发[2002]31号、国减负[2002]11号和交通部交公路发[2003]10号等文件精神,切实将治理向机动车乱收费和清理整顿公路收费站点工作推向深入,近日,重庆市结合实际出台了《重庆市治理向机动车乱收费和清理整顿公路收费站点实施意见》(渝办发[2003]97号)。《意见》规定:(一)坚决取消不符合规定的向机动车辆的各种收费项目,严格按照《中共中央国务院关于治理向企业乱收费乱罚款和各种摊派等问题的决定》(中发[1997]14号)和国办发[2003]31号文件的规定,全面清理向机动车辆收取的行政事业性收费、政府性基金、政府性集资、罚款项目。(二)全面清理整顿公路收费站点。按照国办发
