近年来,中国石油销售企业成本管理问题逐渐引起了人们的关注,在市场竞争日益剧烈的背景下,成本管理成效成了企业竞争取胜的重要条件。因而我国石油企业为了稳固自身在市场竞争中的地位,必须对自身成本管理进行更为深入的分析与研究,进而促使企业在实际发展过程中不断优化自身成本管理模式。本文从石油销售企业成本管理存在的问题分析入手,并详细阐述了如何实现石油销售企业成本管理的优化。
In recent years, the issue of cost management of Chinese oil sales enterprises has drawn people’s attention gradually. Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition, cost management effectiveness has become an important condition for enterprises to win the competition. Therefore, in order to stabilize its own position in the market competition, China’s petroleum enterprises must conduct a more in-depth analysis and research on their own cost management so as to prompt the enterprises to continuously optimize their own cost management models in the actual development. This article starts with the analysis of the problems existing in the cost management of petroleum sales enterprises and elaborates how to optimize the cost management of petroleum sales enterprises.
