爆炸修井工艺是一项新技术,应用该技术既可修复套变井,也可修复错断井,极大地拓宽了修井范围。采用能量守恒法导出了套管爆炸扩径过程中扩径量与药量的关系式,通过地面模拟试验及现场试验给出了综合影响系数K的取值范围。通过数值模拟订算搞清了爆炸扩径过程中压力波的分布规律,为布药方式及引爆方式的选择提供了的理论依据。
Explosion workover process is a new technology, the application of this technology can not only repair sets of well, but also repair fault, greatly widening the workover range. Based on the energy conservation method, the relationship between the caliber of expansion and the dose in the process of casing explosion expansion was deduced. The range of the comprehensive influence coefficient K was given through the ground simulation test and field test. Through the numerical simulation and calculation, the distribution rule of pressure wave in the explosion expanding process was clarified, which provided the theoretical basis for the choice of the medicine dispensing method and the detonating method.
