单调乏味的授课语言和死板单一的教学方式可以形成“单向刺激” ,单向刺激能使学生大脑皮层产生保护性抑制 ,使其注意力难以集中 ,进而精神倦怠、反应迟钝 ,严重影响其学习效果 .教师应采取有效措施 ,诸如提高语言表达能力、强化课堂实验、加强课上交流等多种手段 ,激发学生兴趣 ,活跃课堂气氛 ,防止或排除单向刺激对课堂教学的干扰
