原油蒸馏辅助操作软件利用虚拟组分法计算原油的物性,用简捷法进行塔的工艺计算,塔板的设计和核核严格按水力学计算结果进行,采用人工神经网络预则侧线产品的质量,利用自适应算法预报创线抽出温度,还包括装置的夹点分析和换热器模拟。初步的工业应用结果表明,该软件的计算结果准确可靠,可用于常减压蒸馏装置的设计、考核、故障诊断和操作指导。
Crude oil distillation aided operation software uses the virtual component method to calculate the physical property of the crude oil, uses the shortest method to carry on the craft calculation of the tower, the tray design and the nuclear nucleus are carried out strictly according to the hydraulics calculation result, uses the artificial neural network to predict the product quality, The adaptive algorithm was used to predict the line drawing temperature, including the device pinch point analysis and heat exchanger simulation. The preliminary industrial application results show that the calculation results of the software are accurate and reliable and can be used in the design, assessment, fault diagnosis and operation guidance of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units.
