小学作为学生第一个走进的集体,第一个受教育的地方,对学生一生所起的重要作用无可厚非,小学教师在承担教学任务的同时,更应该做好育人工作。对小学生不能仅限于课堂教育,还要拓宽德育教育的空间,摆正德育教育的位置,充分发挥各方面的教育功能,调动学生主动参与的意识,提升德育教育的科研能力,根据一定社会和受教育者的需要,遵循品德形成规律,采用言教、身教等有效手段,通过内化和外化,发展受教育者的思想、政治、法制和道德几方面素质的系统活动过程德育教育工作才能健康发展。
