人事管理是现代管理科学的一个重要组成部分。有些学者称,从一定意义上讲,人事管理是企业管理的核心。从世界范围看,许多发达的资本主义国家在企业管理中越来越重视人的作用,并在现代企业管理中引入了“人本”原理。当前在社会主义市场经济条件下,市场竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。加强和改进人事管理工作势在必行。人事管理是一项系统工程,涉及到的内容很多。本文仅借助“人本”原理,对邮电企业如何做好人事管理工作作些探讨。
Personnel management is an important part of modern management science. Some scholars said that in a certain sense, personnel management is the core of business management. From the perspective of the world, many developed capitalist countries have paid more and more attention to human roles in business management and have introduced the principle of “humanism” into modern business management. At present, under the conditions of a socialist market economy, market competition is, in the final analysis, talent competition. It is imperative to strengthen and improve personnel management. Personnel management is a systematic project, involves a lot of content. This article only makes use of the principle of “humanism” to discuss how to do a good job in personnel management in post and telecommunications companies.
