我国少数民族广播处于境外思想文化渗透的阵地前沿。多年来,民族广播对边疆少数民族地区的社会稳定、经济发展、社会和谐发挥了重要作用。贯彻党的十七大精神,民族广播要进一步大发展、大繁荣,还应发挥好溢出式传播的优势与作用。一、语言的共通性使民族广播天然具有一定的“外宣”功能我国少数民族大多地处边疆,交通不便,信息不畅,语言各异,很多人听不懂汉语。中央人民广播电台民族广播和各地区民族广播担负着对国内边疆少数民族地区宣传的重任。同时,还应看到:(1)现代电子传播是无国界的,我们的电波信号自然会溢出到周边一些国家地区,只要内容得当,会对那里懂民族语言的听众产生潜移默化的影响。(2)我国与周边国家同一民族跨境而
Our national minority broadcasting is at the forefront of the overseas ideological and cultural infiltration. Over the years, ethnic broadcasting has played an important role in social stability, economic development and social harmony in border areas inhabited by ethnic minorities. Most ethnic minorities in our country are located in frontier areas with inaccessible traffic, poor information and different languages, and many people do not understand Chinese. The Central People's Broadcasting Station national radio and regional ethnic radio are responsible for propaganda on the frontier ethnic minority areas in China. At the same time, we should also see: (1) Modern electronic communication is without borders. Our radio signals will naturally overflow to some neighboring countries. As long as the contents are appropriate, they will have a subtle influence on audiences who understand the national language.
