目的:探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻行一期切除吻合术的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析56例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果:本组发生术后切口感染4例。无1例出现吻合瘘。结论:左半结肠癌急性梗阻行一期切除吻合术是安全可行的。
Objective: To investigate the effect of one-stage resection and anastomosis in the treatment of acute obstruction of left colon cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 56 cases of left colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction clinical data. Results: Incision infection occurred in 4 cases in this group. No one case of fistula anastomosis. Conclusion: Acute obstruction of left colon cancer with one-stage resection and anastomosis is safe and feasible.
