目的了解Ｐｈ＋急性淋巴细胞性白血病行骨髓移植的预后及移植后复发用供体外周血淋巴输注进行治疗的疗效。方法同基因骨髓移植及移植后外周血淋巴细胞输注。结果就目前来说，Ｐｈ＋急性淋巴细胞性白血病移植效果不令人满意，移植失败主要原因在于复发率高，免疫治疗对预防和治疗移植后复发具有一定疗效。结论强化诱导缓解药物、改善预处理方案、加强移植后治疗有望改善疾病预后。
Objective To investigate the prognosis of bone marrow transplantation with Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia and the effect of lymphatic infusion with peripheral blood for the treatment of relapse after transplantation. Methods Syngeneic bone marrow transplantation and infusion of peripheral blood lymphocytes after transplantation. Results For the time being, the effect of Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia transplantation is not satisfactory. The main reason for transplantation failure is the high recurrence rate. Immunotherapy has a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of relapse after transplantation. Conclusion Intensive induction of palliative drugs, improvement of pretreatment regimens, and enhancement of post-transplant treatment are expected to improve disease prognosis.
