家禽宰前致晕(击晕)相关的动物福利的最新评价方法包括大脑状态(脑电图、脑电阻、脑皮层电图)、心脏状态(心电图、心室纤维颤动、心脏停搏)、视觉反射(视觉诱发电位)、行为反应(痛觉反射、呼吸运动、摆头、颈部张力、瘫倒、惊厥抽搐)、应激激素含量等。本文对家禽的致晕机理和动物福利评价方法进行综述,为研究家禽致晕相关的动物福利、制定动物福利标准、立法和监督提供参考。
The latest assessment methods for animal welfare related to poultry before dizzy (stunned) include brain status (EEG, brain resistance, cortical electrogram), cardiac status (electrocardiogram, ventricular fibrillation, cardiac arrest), visual reflex (Visual evoked potentials), behavioral responses (pain reflex, respiratory exercise, head swing, neck tension, collapsed, seizures convulsions), stress hormone levels and so on. In this paper, the mechanism of hallucinogenicity of poultry and evaluation methods of animal welfare are reviewed in order to provide references for the research on animal welfare related to dizzy poultry, animal welfare standards, legislation and supervision.
