世界处于信息“爆炸”的时期,信息传播和更新速度非常迅速。人们对信息获取的质量要求越来越高。文献资料是目前人们通过图书馆等媒介获取资源的主要形式,在很大程度上服务人们的信息生活。文献资料的创新性服务是目前图书馆等媒介进行信息服务的主要工作。党校作为重要的政治教育领地,图书馆的建设功能影响在这里接受政治教育人员对信息的获取程度,创新文献资料是党校的主要研究工作。
