中风后出现的许多相关症状如发作高血压、体位性或发作性低血压、心律失常、直肠和膀胱功能紊乱、头晕、瘫侧肢体发凉、无汗或多汗以及性功能障碍等尚未被充分认识。其中一些症状被认为是中风后直接导致植物神经功能障碍的后果。通过电生理检查可预测中风后某些缺乏影像学表现的诸如心律失常及反射性交感神经营养不良(RSD)等与植物神经功能障碍有关的隐患。本文报告了13例中风30d以后的患者皮肤交感神经反应(SSR)的测定结果。
Many relevant symptoms after stroke such as episodic hypertension, orthostatic or paroxysmal hypotension, arrhythmia, rectal and bladder dysfunction, dizziness, cold extremities, perspiration-free sweat, and sexual dysfunction have not been adequately addressed understanding. Some of these symptoms are thought to be the direct result of autonomic dysfunction after a stroke. Electrophysiological testing predicts some of the hidden dangers associated with autonomic dysfunction such as arrhythmia and reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) that are lacking in imaging after stroke. This article reports the results of the skin sympathetic reaction (SSR) of 13 patients 30 days after stroke.
