随着我国教育教学改革的不断深入,班主任这一传统的班级管理者在职能和实施管理的方法方面更多地体现出了管理的艺术性,对于不同情况的学生实施不同的艺术化管理,彰显班级管理和学校发展的人性化,尊重学生的自主化发展。本文就班主任在班级管理中的艺术性问题进行一定的探讨,以促进班级管理工作的合理化发展,实现学生的良好成长和学校教育教学工作的顺利开展。
