“一个人只有明大德、守公德、严私德,其才方能用得其所。修德,既要立意高远,又要立足平实。踏踏实实修好公德、私德,学会劳动、学会勤俭,学会感恩、学会助人,学会谦让、学会宽容,学会自省、学会自律。”可见,道德对一个人的健康发展起着非常重要的作用。作为一名德育教师要帮助学生提升道德素养,进而提高职业竞争力。因此,就如何借助积极心理学的理论进行德育作初步试验和探究,目的就是要让学生在积极心理学的德育教学中获得良好的发展。
