目的:探讨鸦胆子油交联环糊精包合物(BJO-CDP)对小鼠结肠癌细胞CT-26移植瘤生长的影响,并与市售鸦胆子油乳剂(BJOE)抑瘤效果进行比较。方法:小鼠结肠癌细胞CT-26细胞株接种于4~6周龄雄性Balb/c小鼠的腋下,接种24 h后将60只小鼠随机分为5组,即对照组(生理盐水,0.03 m L/只),BJOE高剂量组(180mg/kg),BJO-CDP低剂量组(60 mg/kg),BJO-CDP中剂量组(120 mg/kg),BJO-CDP高剂量组(180 mg/kg),灌胃给药。给药10 d。停药次日,称小鼠体质量,处死,称瘤质,计算抑瘤率。结果:给药后,BJOE高剂量组瘤质低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);BJO-CDP低、中、高剂量组瘤质均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。BJO-CDP高剂量组瘤质低于BJOE高剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BJO-CDP高剂量组对小鼠体质量影响低于BJOE高剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:制备的鸦胆子油包合物能提高鸦胆子油抑制结肠癌细胞的能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of BJO-CDP on the growth of CT-26 xenografts in colon cancer cells of mice and compare the inhibitory effect of BJO-CDP with that of commercially available Brucea javanica oil emulsion (BJOE) . Methods: Colon cancer cell line CT-26 was inoculated into the armpit of 4 to 6-week-old male Balb / c mice. After 24 h of inoculation, 60 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group (normal saline , 0.03 m L / animal), BJOE high dose group (180 mg / kg), BJO-CDP low dose group (60 mg / kg), BJO-CDP middle dose group (120 mg / (180 mg / kg) administered orally. Administered for 10 days. Stop the next day, said the mouse body mass, sacrificed, said tumor, calculate the inhibition rate. Results: After administration, the tumor volume of BJOE high dose group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); The tumor volume of BJO-CDP low, medium and high dose group were lower than that of control group Significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The tumor volume of BJO-CDP high-dose group was lower than that of BJOE high-dose group, with significant difference (P <0.05). BJO-CDP high-dose group on the body weight of mice lower than the BJOE high-dose group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The prepared Brucea Javanica oil inclusion compound can improve the ability of Brucea javanica oil to inhibit colon cancer cells.
