本文以定西市安定区为例,对陇中干旱半干旱地区生态经济建设这个问题进行初步的思考与探索。生态脆弱、环境恶劣、资源匮乏、经济落后、发展基础差且后劲不足是当地经济发展现状的基本特征,进行生态经济建设,实施可持续发展战略是实现经济持续、快速、健康、稳定发展的现实选择和必由之路。
