总结大型综合医院门急诊护理管理者应对奥运会时的医疗护理管理方法。主要是建立新科室管理体系,建立并实施新制度、新流程;进行全方位的培训考核和急救演练。结果训练出一支素质高、技术精湛的奥运门急诊护理团队,圆满完成了奥运医疗护理保障任务。
