企业法律顾问在经济体制改革大潮中应运而生,为维护企业的合法权益、促进企业依法经营管理,发挥了其他专业技术人员不可替代的重要作用,成效显著,并获得国家确认,但其工作制度则有待于进一步健全。笔者认为,确认企业法律顾问的职能、职位及其工作机构,是完善企业经营机制的重要内容,也是企业法律顾问任职尽责的必要条件。现就此谈谈自己的认识。
