简要阐述了风险的定义以及风险分担的原则,通过对相关规范条款的学习,对不同风险因素的分担进行了探讨,并提出了风险控制的两方面建议,同时结合案例加以说明,为类似工程的风险控制提供借鉴。
The definition of risk and the principle of risk sharing are briefly described. Through the study of the related norms and clauses, the sharing of different risk factors is discussed. Two suggestions of risk control are put forward. At the same time, Risk control to provide reference.
