目的 :探讨脑脊液中一氧化氮 (NO)的来源及其分泌的形态学基础 ,了解中枢神经一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性触液神经元的分布特征。方法 :将 12只成年雄性Wistar大鼠脑冠状位切片行NADPH d组织化学方法染色 ,对环脑室系统及脑表面NOS阳性触液神经元作了观察。结果 :NOS阳性触液神经元主要见于中脑水管和第三脑室 ( 3V)。在中脑水管 ,触液神经纤维来自中脑的中央灰质 ,特别是其背外侧部 ;来自脑干的被盖背外侧核和中缝背核。在 3V ,NOS阳性纤维主要来自室周核、室旁核 ,NOS阳性胞体有位于室管膜下 (远位 )、膜内和膜上 3种。阳性纤维密集地分布于室管膜内。在中央管、第四脑室底、脑表面也有少量触液神经元。结论 :脑脊液中的NO来自室管周及脑表面NOS触液神经元之合成和分泌。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the origin and secretion of nitric oxide (NO) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and to understand the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive synaptic neurons in cerebrospinal fluid. Methods: Twelve adult male Wistar rats were stained with NADPH d histochemical staining. The synaptic system and NOS positive synaptic neurons were observed. Results: NOS positive synaptic neurons mainly found in the midbrain and third ventricle (3V). In the midbrain ducts, the palpable nerve fibers originate from the central gray matter of the midbrain, especially the dorsolateral part; the dorsomedial and dorsal raphe nuclei from the brainstem. At 3V, NOS-positive fibers mainly come from the periventricular nucleus and paraventricular nucleus. NOS-positive cell bodies are located under the ependymal (distal), intramembranous and membranous. Positive fibers densely distributed in the ependyma. In the central tube, the fourth ventricle, the brain surface also has a small amount of fluid neurons. Conclusion: The NO in cerebrospinal fluid comes from the synthesis and secretion of NOS palmar neurons in the periventricular and brain surface.
