当前农民正处在社会经济转型和变迁时期,农民利益问题越来越突出,保护农民利益是实践“三个代表”的必然要求。在市场经济条件下,可以从建立完善农民利益表达机制、构造农民组织创新机制等几个方面重塑保护农民利益的新机制。
At present, peasants are in the period of social and economic transformation and change. Peasants’ interests are becoming more and more prominent. Protecting the interests of peasants is a necessary requirement for the practice of “three represents.” Under the conditions of a market economy, we can reshape the new mechanism for protecting the interests of peasants from several aspects: establishing and perfecting the mechanism for expressing interests of peasants and constructing an innovation mechanism for peasant organizations.
