叶圣陶先生说:“生活犹如泉水,文章犹如溪水,源泉丰盛而不枯竭,溪水自然活泼流个不停息”。在生活中,很多的事情都可以作为学生习作的素材,文章来源于生活、升华于生活。首先我们知道习作的资源它不会枯竭。但作为老师如何引导学生把习作当成一件十分快乐的事呢?托尔斯泰说过:“成功的教学所需要的不是强制,而是激发学生兴趣。”新《课标》要求:“鼓励学生自由表达和有创意的表达。”教学实践证明,只有当学生能够真正“自由表达”时,才可能出现“有创意的表达”。因此在学生习作前,教师不要用一个模式限制他们,而是以亲切的态度引导他们大胆地说出生活中观察的景象,自己想象到的情景。当学生说的有新意时要大力表扬,当学生说得不够流畅时,允许他们坐下来想一想再说,即使学生说出一些别出心裁的想法或提出古怪的问题也同样肯定他们这种敢想敢做的精神,让学生知道自己的观点是有价值的。如果发现学生思路有偏差,绝不要简单地指责而是在建议性氛围中帮助他认识错误,在集体评议时耐心倾听学生的意见,引导学生认真听别人的发言,以拓展思维。教师要提供和创造更多的习作机会,多用肯定和激励的方法,激发学生写作兴趣;多组织展示和交流,使学生乐于表达,从而让学生做到爱写作文。
