信息素养(information literacy)或称为信息能力、信息素质,是指用计算机和信息技术高效获取、善于利用和正确评价信息的能力。它包括信息学专业基础知识,以及对信息的敏感度和信息获取、整理、利用、评价的能力。针对学校网络软硬件设施的配备使用、信息课程的编制实施、特色资源建设和新技术的应用等保障体系,结合视障学生的认知方式和心理特点,对视障学生信息素养的提升作了几点浅层的分析。
