国防生是指军队与普通高校联合培养、签订《国防生培养协议》、毕业后任命为部队干部的在校大学生,是未来我军高素质干部的主要来源,其培养要求是与现代化战争对新型军事化人才的需求相呼应的。加强普通高校大学生党建工作是提升在校大学生及国防生综合素质的重要途径。本文是以西安理工大学机仪学院学生党建工作的实践经验为依托,对加强普通高校国防生党建工作的意义和措施进行了探讨。
National defense students refer to the joint cultivation of the military and ordinary colleges and universities and the signing of an agreement on the training of national defense students. After graduation, those university students who are appointed as army cadres are the main source of high-quality cadres in the future. Their training requirements are in line with the new type The demand for militarized echoes corresponds. Strengthening the party construction of college students is an important way to enhance the overall quality of college students and national defense students. This article is based on the practical experience of party building of students from Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Machine Science and Technology, and discusses the significance and measures to strengthen the work of national defense party building in colleges and universities.
