刑事和解目的是修复加害人与被害人的关系,并使犯罪人改过自新、复归社会,以最大程度地化解社会矛盾,消除社会中的不和谐因素,促进社会和谐稳定。刑事和解作为化解社会矛盾的有效途径,它具有重大的理论和实践价值,但在实践运行中也存在着一些问题,本文就如何加强和完善提出了相关建议。
The purpose of criminal reconciliation is to repair the relationship between the perpetrators and the victims and to make the perpetrators revise themselves and reintegrate into society so as to resolve social conflicts to the greatest extent, eliminate the factors of discord in society and promote social harmony and stability. As an effective way to resolve social contradictions, criminal reconciliation has great theoretical and practical value. However, there are still some problems in practice. This article puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen and perfect it.
