康佳K系列彩电(包含康佳T5466K、T5466KI、T547lK、T5471KI型号),开关电源采用分立元件,并设有多种过压、过流保护电路,如图1所示。该系列彩电,使用3～4年后易产生脉宽控制电容C309(47μF/25 V—CD110型铝电解电容)变质失效故障,即“通病”,又因C309故障程度轻重不一,引发的故障现象也相应各异。笔者先从电路特点进行浅析,再从故障实例介绍通病的检修思路.并在表1至表4中列出
