一、羊水过少的定义与发病率羊水过少是指羊水量低于正常水平,可发生在妊娠任何时期。在妊娠早、中期,羊水含量较为恒定,根据Fuchs 研究,妊娠11周时为25ml,此后每周平均增长量:从11～15周为25ml,15～28周为50ml。妊娠晚期,个体差异很大,有认为少于400～600ml 为羊水过少,但据Elliott 测定,妊娠40周时,最少为330ml,现一般认为在妊娠晚期,少于300ml 者为羊水过少。
