用日本产的CIS-F820血细胞计数仪对46份血尿标本进行检测,结果26份肾小球性血尿的红细胞平均细胞体积(MCV)为658±558fl,20份非肾小球血尿的MCV为945±613fl,两组结果差异有高度显著性(P<001),实验证实,以尿MCV区分肾小球性与非肾小球性肾炎血尿的准确性为100%,敏感性917%,特异性947%,肾小球肾炎结果的判断价值为956%,非肾小球肾炎结果的判断价值为90%,可初步判断血尿来源,因此,本实验是一种简便、快速、客观及无创伤性的鉴别血尿来源的筛选检查。
