全国水利水电土石坝工程情报网第一次全网大会于1985年11月21至26日在陕西临潼和西安召开。参加这次会议的有水电部水电建设总局,水电部科技情报所,水电部规划设计院,各大流域机构,研究设计单位以及有关大专院校等66个单位83名代表。会议由陕西省水电设计院院长杨虬主持。
National Water Resources and Earth Embankment Dam Engineering Information Network The first network of the General Assembly on November 21, 1985 to 26 in Lintong and Xi’an held. Participants at the conference included 83 representatives from 66 units including the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Construction, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Water Resources and Technology, the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, major river basin agencies, research and design institutes and relevant tertiary institutions. The meeting was presided over by Yang Zhen, dean of Shaanxi Provincial Hydropower Design Institute.
