目的 了解延安市居民的口腔卫生观念和行为 ,以据此制定健康教育策略。方法 在延安市属 1 2县、1区、1矿对 4 540名居民进行问卷调查。结果 各人群的刷牙率最高在 90 %以上。 4 9%的被调查者认为刷牙的目的是预防龋齿和牙周病 ,4 4 5%用含氟牙膏。仅 2 74 %～ 1 1 2 3 %认为有必要定期接受口腔检查。结论 口腔健康教育的重点人群应是儿童及老人。建立及加强三级保健网是农村地区改进口腔卫生的基础。学校健康教育课程和“爱牙日”活动是延安地区口腔保健的主要内容。
Objectives To understand the oral health concepts and behaviors of residents in Yanan, and to formulate health education strategies accordingly. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted on 4 540 inhabitants in 12 counties, 1 district, and 1 mine in Yan’an City. Results The brushing rate of all populations was above 90%. Forty-nine percent of respondents considered that the purpose of brushing was to prevent dental caries and periodontal disease, and 44.5% used fluoride toothpaste. Only 2 74 % to 1 1 2 3 % considered it necessary to have regular oral examinations. Conclusion The key population for oral health education should be children and the elderly. The establishment and strengthening of the tertiary health care network is the basis for improving oral hygiene in rural areas. The school health education course and the “Love Tooth Day” event are the main contents of oral health care in Yan’an.
