癌相关糖链抗原 CA19-9是在 Lewis~a抗原(Le~a)开链末端结合上唾液酸的糖链抗原。与 Lewis 抗原的关系令人注目,为此,作者对胰癌患者同时测定血清CA19—9和 Lewis 血型,并对部分病例胰腺组织测定CA19—9和 Lewis 抗原,观察 CA19—9和 Lewis 抗原的相关性。作者收集经临床或组织学确诊的22例胰癌患者,其中男17例,女5例,应用 RIA 测定血清 CA19—9,大于37u/ml 为阳性,应用单克隆抗体生理盐水试管法检测 Lewis 血型。156例正常健康者以测定 Lewis 血型为对照组,22例胰癌中6例手术时获得的胰腺组织应用 CA19—9染色抗血清和抗 Le~a、Le~b 单克隆抗体的亲合素—生物素方法,观察胰腺组织 CA19—9及 Le~a、Le~b抗原。
Cancer-associated carbohydrate antigen CA19-9 is a glycosylated antigen that binds to sialic acid at the open end of the Lewis-a antigen (Lea). The relationship with Lewis antigens is remarkable. For this reason, the authors determined the serum CA19-9 and Lewis blood types simultaneously in patients with pancreatic cancer, and determined the correlation between CA19-9 and Lewis antigens in pancreatic tissue in some cases, and observed the correlation between CA19-9 and Lewis antigens.
