介绍了螺旋槽成型加工的原理和方法,并以Pro/Engineer软件应用为例,利用实体建模的方法,创建了螺旋槽成型加工的精确仿真模型,给出了成型加工仿真的具体方法和步骤。为利用通用CAD软件简单实现螺旋面成型加工仿真提供了一种有效的方法。
The principle and method of forming spiral groove are introduced. Taking the application of Pro / Engineer software as an example, an accurate simulation model of spiral groove forming is created by using the method of solid modeling. The concrete methods and steps of forming simulation are given . It provides an effective method to use the common CAD software to simply realize the spiral surface forming simulation.
