To observe the changes of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), the AT-ⅢAg, Fn and FDP values of 28 AMI patients were measured dynamically in 30 days and compared with the normal group and angina pectoris group. The results showed that AT-ⅢAg , Fn, significantly reduced within 72 hours of onset, FDP significantly increased within 30 days, were significant changes. It is suggested that AT-ⅢAg is early and sensitive to change. It is the main anticoagulant substance in the body. The change of Fn is consistent with the disease. It can be used as the monitoring item of AMI disease and treatment. FDP has a long-lasting and significant change. There’s important meaning. Comprehensive determination of the above indicators, is conducive to find the treatment and rehabilitation of AMI
