本文将合成的低浓度洗必太氟氢酸盐加入酸胶中,观察其在釉质脱矿过程中的作用,并用氟化钠对照。将牛牙釉质块分别放入含0、1、3、5、和10ppmF~-的酸胶中,胶中含一定量之钙、磷。所用药物为洗-F和NaF溶液。于实验开始后三或七天分别取出标本,制成磨片,做软射线照相,观察人工龋病变分层厚度。结果表明低浓度洗-F有明显抑制釉质在酸胶中脱矿作用。一般条件下,洗-F与NaF作用相近,在某些情况下略优于氟化钠组。
In this paper, the low concentration of chlorhexidine fluoride synthesized in acid gel was added to observe its role in enamel demineralization, and with sodium fluoride control. The bovine enamel pieces were placed in 0, 1, 3, 5, and 10ppmF ~ - acid gel, glue containing a certain amount of calcium and phosphorus. The drug used was a wash-F and NaF solution. The results showed that low concentrations of washing-F significantly inhibited enamel demineralization in the acid gel.
