目的:探讨17β-雌二醇配伍屈螺酮治疗绝经综合征效果。方法:选择45~55岁绝经女性84例口服17β-雌二醇配伍屈螺酮3个疗程,采用改良Kupperman评分对用药前、后进行评估。结果:除皮肤蚁走感与服用前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余12项症状的缓解差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),血中FSH、E2及TC的水平变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL与LDL与用药前相比差异虽无统计学意义,但前者与用药前相比呈上升趋势,后者与用药前相比有下降趋势。结论:17β-雌二醇配伍屈螺酮明显缓解绝经综合征的多种症状,其中潮热、失眠、疲乏症状改善最明显,两种药物作为新一代的雌激素和孕激素可成为改善女性绝经后有无绝经综合征症状的新选择。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 17β-estradiol combined with drospirenone in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods: Eighty-four courses of oral administration of 17β-estradiol combined with drospirenone in 45-45-year-old postmenopausal women were selected. The improved Kupperman score was used to evaluate before and after administration. Results: There was no significant difference in the excretion of ants except skin (P> 0.05) before and after treatment, and the differences of other 12 symptoms were statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of FSH, E2 and TC (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between HDL and LDL before treatment, but the former showed a rising trend compared with that before treatment, while the latter showed a decreasing trend compared with that before treatment . Conclusion: The combination of 17β-estradiol and drospirenone significantly relieved many symptoms of menopausal syndrome. Among them, the symptoms of hot flashes, insomnia and fatigue were the most obvious improvement. The two drugs, as a new generation of estrogen and progesterone, After a new choice for symptoms of menopausal syndrome.
