前言一般震击压实或微震震击压实,对于高模型、铸型深凹比较大、铸型顶砂柱高宽比较少的铸型是能获得较为理想紧实度。但两者的撞击噪声很大,均超过85分贝,甚至达到90分贝以上。直接影响人们健康。压实法无噪声,优于震击法。但只能应用较矮砂箱,为了发挥压实法无噪声的优点,人们都对压实进行一些压实新工艺试验。如资料(2)所列举压板压实加沟槽
