联合国日前发表了一份题为《对世界淡水资源的全面评估》的报告,向全世界发出了淡水资源短缺警报。指出缺水将严重制约下个世纪经济和社会发展,并可能导致国家问冲突。
The UN has recently issued a report entitled “Comprehensive Assessment of the World’s Freshwater Resources” and has sent the world a fresh water shortage warning. Pointing out that water scarcity will severely restrict economic and social development in the next century and may lead countries to ask conflicts.
