国有企业青工综合素质的偏低层面远大于高层面与较高层面的总和。国有企业及所属青工都将在我国加入WTO后面临同样的生存问题,国有企业青工必须主动提高综合素质,努力学习,增强创新意识,充实思想,团结协作;国有企业更不能放弃对青工综合素质提高的培养责任,要加强思想教育,鼓励自学成才,创造培训机会,放手青工施展才华。
The low level of overall quality of young workers in state-owned enterprises is much larger than the sum of high-level and high-level ones. The state-owned enterprises and their young workers will all face the same existential problems after China’s accession to the WTO. The young workers in state-owned enterprises must take the initiative to improve their overall quality, work hard to study, enhance their sense of innovation, enrich their thinking, and work together for solidarity. State-owned enterprises should not give up their efforts on young workers To raise the overall quality of training responsibilities, we must strengthen ideological education, encourage self-taught, create training opportunities, let go of young workers to display their talent.
