各位代表、各位同志:陝西省工會會員代表會議今天开幕了,这次會議要總結本省三年來的工人運動工作,討論確定今後的工作任務,選舉出席第七次全國勞動代表大會的代表,并聽取全国總工會六屆一次執委擴大会議精神的传达報告。因此,这次會議對於改進工作,進一步開展本省工人運動以完成和超額完成国家的建设任務,是具有極重要的意義的。三年來陝西省的工會工作在中国共產黨的領導下,由於各級工会幹部努力,勞模帶頭,并發動依靠了廣大的職工群眾,獲得了很大的成績,因而本省企業政治改革与恢復生產的重大任務能以迅速完成;全省的職工羣眾已經基木上組織起來,積極的参加了抗美援朝和各項社會改革運動,成為人民民主專政的堅强支柱,同時在發展生產的基礎上,對職工群眾的物質舆文化生活及安全衛生、勞動保護等方面都作了很大的改善。
Dear Delegates, Comrades, The Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Representatives ’Meeting opened today with the purpose of summarizing the work of the workers’ movement in our province over the past three years, discussing and setting the tasks for the future, electing representatives to the Seventh National Labor Congress and hearing Report of the Sixth National Federation of Trade Unions on the First Executive Committee Enlargement Meeting. Therefore, this meeting is of great significance to improving our work and further carrying out the workers’ movement in our province to accomplish and over-perform the task of building our country. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the work of trade unions in Shaanxi Province over the past three years has gained great achievements due to the efforts of union cadres at all levels, taking lead among model workers and mobilizing the masses of workers and staff members. Therefore, the political reform and the resumption of production of enterprises in the province are significant The tasks of the people can be completed promptly; the workers and staff members of the province have been organized on the basis of active participation in the anti-US aid and aid movements and various social reforms and have become the strong pillars of the people’s democratic dictatorship.
