小山水电站大坝面板混凝土施工时采用了滑模施工，积累了丰富的工程经验，鉴于 此，小山水电站溢洪道陡槽段底板混凝土，亦采用滑模施工，不仅减少了施工临时工作量、 加快了施工速度，又提高了混凝土质量。
