国有资产管理局科研所魏杰指出,任何一种经济成份之所以有各种实现形式,归根到底是由一定的社会生产力发展水平及社会经济运行内在因素决定的,这其实也是多种经济成份并存的原因。具体说来,一种经济成份有多种实现形式主要是由下述因素决定的:一、投资方式的多样化;二、产权关系的多样化;三、企业体制的多样化;四、产业行业间的经营差异性;五、社会生产力发展水平的不同。
